Some of the salient features of our assembly lines
are that during assembly at every stage IN PROCESS
VERIFICATION is done ensuring proper fitment of
assembly.SPMIL has designed and proven out cylinder
head assembly line with different stations like
valve guide seal pressing station, spring and
cotter lock assembly, valve assembly running in
station, projection/depression probing station
and air leak testing.
Similarly for assembling the engine SPMIL has provided
different assembly stations like:
J-Hooks mounted on overhead monorail conveyor :
These J-Hooks are provided with vertical up and
down motion and rotary degree of freedom for assembling
engine.
Rotary stands mounted on Floor conveyor : These
stands are provided with rotary motion such that
various gadgets could be assembled around the engine.
SPMIL provides on

verification station to suit specific requirement
