The washing of components are carried out as general type, specific type or batch type, associated with ambient emulsions with syn-clean media or hot emulsion with DG cleanser or environmental friendly high pressure washing machine with water media.

A brief procedure of Batch type washing/drying machine with DG cleanser hot emulsion is as follows

The Components are loaded in the basket/pallet suitable for each type of component. The basket or pallet is loaded to the wash/dry zone for washing and further for drying. The timing for washing and drying is preset.
 During washing the components are washed for allround cleaning by pressure DG cleanser hot emulsion for preset time under fixed spray nozzle header arrangement.
 Subsequently during drying the shafts and gears are exposed for a preset period under pressurized ambient air blown through fixed air knives nozzle header arrangement.

 Pressure washing of components is with nozzle pressure @ 6 bar max, is considered with DG cleanser emulsion media heated to 60 - 70 C.
 The industrial washing machines may be used for washing and drying for following auto components.shafts, gears, hubs, disc and flywheels, crankshafts, camshafts, smaller components like spacers, caps, springs, screws, valve stem etc,.
